Network Entrainments

Network Spinal Analysis addreses specific spinal patterns called phases with gentle adjustments. Usually a light force is applied to the tialbone, skull, or bones of the neck. The body is given time to respond or 'process' each adjustment before being reassesed and another adjustment made.

Entrainments vs Adjustments

Specific spinal Adjustments

After a detailed spinal analysis a set of findings is determined which characterise one of five phases. Each phase is a spinal stress (subluxation) pattern which is addressed by a specific adjustment.

...Light Force...

Network adjustments are safe gentle forces applied to the tailbone, the bones of the neck or the base of the skull. The force is matched to the tension of the tissue over the spine.

...time to respond...

The body is then given time to respond and 'process' each adjustment releasing tension from the muscles and the nervous system. Only when it is appropriate (and after further analysis) is the next adjustment given.

Wave goodbye to tension...

Because the body 'learns' to release the tension with each adjustment it can remember and how to effectively release tensions. Often it develops spontaneous waving movements which help dissipate more tension and integrate spinal function.

Entrainments vs Adjustments

AS the wave patterns emerge each vertebrae will ENTRAIN to the others. Thus the whole spine will move in a coordinated fashion. This is like an audience clapping that becomes synchronised after a time.
